Soft Xpansion International won open bidding for the execution of the project on implementing an electronic Document Management System for the City Council of Ternopil and its structural subdivisions.
Thanks to the SX-Government software solution, Soft Xpansion International and the local authorities intend to improve the lives of the residents of Ternopil, offering them a whole new level of service.
Eduard Prodedovich, General Manager of company, focuses on positive developments: “We are planning to implement the latest, substantially improved version of SX-Government. The success of this software inspires us to expand the geographic reach of its application and at the same time to improve its functionality. It’s like a living organism that gradually evolves into a new, highly organized form. As time does not stand still, SX-Government is constantly transforming to anticipate the smallest needs of the user. The functional arsenal of DMS has been replenished with new opportunities that will definitely be appreciated by the residents of Ternopil.”
The main component of our software solution is the automation of all processes of workflow management (processing of incoming and outgoing documents, internal correspondence, etc.). The function of electronic archives and control over the implementation of resolutions, the calendar of events, the cabinet for the admission of citizens by officials and other management functions are envisaged. Due to this DMS, the process of handling the requests of citizens, their control, reporting, administration of the directory of administrative services and the reference manual of the Center of Administrative Services etc. is streamlined.
Maximum transparency in relations between government and citizens will be achieved by actively reducing the distance between them. Employees of the City Council and structural subdivisions will be offered an easy-to-use electronic document flow system with a ramified functionality that will be able to optimize the process of vital activity of state bodies in general.
The City Council of Ternopil is proud of its achievements and optimistic about the prospects: “We have successfully overcome the stage of thorough research of the IT services market and careful study of the issue. The practice of using advanced digital technologies is not new for us. We are currently confident in practical steps to reach a new level of development by choosing a new electronic document management system with an improved functional framework. Constructively adopting and practically applying the best practices of the West, but based on domestic software products, our city seeks to become an example of successful modern development.”
