Soft Xpansion International has implemented an electronic document management system in the City Council of Bila Tserkva


Now Soft Xpansion International has implemented a DMS in the City Council of Bila Tserkva.

A long and fruitful process of cooperation has acquired logical outlines – the group of companies Soft Xpansion International completed the implementation of the electronic DMS based on its own software product SX-Government for the city council of Bila Tserkva.

Against the backdrop of global integration processes in the world, this is a fair share of contribution of Soft Xpansion International to the development of Ukraine as a progressive country and a part of the world civilizational space.

The system is characterized by a fairly user-friendly interface and has a very attractive licensing system. To access and work with the SX-Government system, only an Internet browser is needed at the user’s site.

The main component of the software solution was automation of all business processes (processing of incoming and outgoing documents, internal correspondence, etc.) – this will significantly speed up the functioning of the city council and improve the quality of interaction with the population. The function of an electronic archive and control over the implementation of resolutions is provided. Thanks to this electronic DMS, processing the resorts of citizens is simplified (by mail, e-mail, through the portal or during personal reception).

“We received an intermediate expected result, but we do not stop on what has already been achieved: we have to master the full range of the system’s functional capabilities designed to improve and facilitate the work of the executive bodies of the city council,” Maxim Svirsky, chief of administration of the executive committee of the City Council of Bila Tserkva, states.

So, for maximum convenience and efficiency, the following management functions can be introduced into the system: a calendar of events (the possibility of scheduling meetings and various kinds of events, checking free resources and time, and booking them), an office for reception citizens by officials (enables to schedule appointments, track the history of resorts, write brief instructions, monitor the execution of instructions), and so on.

The functional of the Center of Administrative Services (CAS), designed to automate the requests of citizens and legal entities for administrative services, processing and issuing final documentswill be aparticular advantage.
