SX-Archive is an electronic document storage system for enterprises and financial institutions, public sector organizations that allows to automate the most critical functions of archival activities, guarantees safe, controlled and managed storage, search and use of various types of documents. The system provides management of the document life cycle from the moment it comes in to the end of the retention period in accordance with the file register of the organization.

The SX-Archive system is implemented on the basis of the platform of Alfresco Community, which is one of the leaders in the segment of Enterprise Content Management.

SX-Archive has the necessary tools for integration with other information systems: the employee’s account, electronic document management systems, portal solutions, automated business processes of storage, distribution and exchange of information, etc.

The system enables you to perform additional settings necessary for the development of the system, and additional functionality, including those on the Customer’s side. As part of the implementation of the system, users of the system are trained, as well as business and technical administrators. If necessary, additional optimization of the system processes or development of additional functionality can be performed.

The functionality of the system takes into account the requirements of the legislative framework, as well as modern challenges to the storage of data and cybersecurity.
