soft Xpansion – is one of the leading Ukrainian IT companies in development and implementation of document management systems, electronic archives, portal solutions and other processes automation. Our company is growing rapidly and looking for a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Searching for potential customers using various information channels (official website, Facebook, LinkedIn, mail)
  • Lead generation, follow up at all stages of pre-sale
  • Establishing relationships with potential customers
  • Contract preparation and its agreement with the customer
  • Client base formation
  • Current support of the concluded contract, support during project implementation, revealing customer’s additional needs
  • Public procurements documentation preparation, including ones from foreign donors
  • Conducting presentations of company’s software solutions
  • Assistance to Marketing and Sales Director in performing common tasks.
Requirements:
  • Working experience in active IT sales (software solutions and information systems, business processes automation systems, document flow, archives, etc.)
  • Decency, responsibility, and attentiveness
  • Stress resistance
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Focus on achieving results
  • Abilities and skills in reveling and evaluating needs of potential customers
  • Skills in work with documents
  • PC and Microsoft Office skills
  • Language knowledge (Ukrainian, Russian – fluent, English – intermediate)
Will be a plus:
  • Experience of working with banking products, understanding of actual needs of financial institutions automation.
